Hey everyone! I recently got a chance to head to the beach with my family. One daughter had a Soccer camp at UNCW in the mornings and when they finished we got to Chill on the beach for a few hours. I do enjoy the salt and sand to relax and calm down for a few hours and take a break from the grind. My genius wife Called it "vitamin sea". We also got to visit a coffee show names Bitty & Beau's!
