Hey all!

Wanted to give a shoutout this week to the band St. Paul and the Broken Bones. I actually was able to pick up a new compressor from Jessie the bands bassist Jessie Phillips ( Not related... but could be Distant Cousins) . They just opened their "Store" on Reverb.com where a lot of people get new and mainly used gear. I was able to get a Golden Age Project 3A Compressor for my Audio Rack in my home studio! I am excited to use it while Chris and I finish up these New songs!

Giving recognition to others is a simple but powerful way to strengthen relationships and reinforce a positive culture. Acknowledging someone’s contribution can build trust, confidence and a stronger sense of belonging within a group.

That same principle is important in residential childcare, where leaders need to recognise good practice, support staff development and create a stable team culture around the needs of children and young people. Level 5 residential childcare team leadership and practice resources can help learners connect supervision, safeguarding, reflective practice, communication, care planning and service improvement with everyday leadership responsibilities.

That is awesome that you scored a Golden Age Project 3A Compressor directly from Jessie Phillips—it’s always a great feeling to find high-quality used gear on Reverb, especially when it comes from a musician you admire! Having the right equipment makes a massive difference in how a project turns out, whether you're dialing in a perfect vocal track or working through complex tasks like formatting a clean audio rack. It actually reminds me of how vital getting the right specialized support can be when you're overwhelmed by technical details, much like needing reliable Help With Healthcare Assignments when trying to balance a chaotic school schedule with demanding medical coursework. I can’t wait to hear how the new tracks sound once…
